Day 13: Gospels and Epistles - Luke 8:4-21

What I've learnt about God:
He counts us as His relatives. All too often we say "Our Father" without really thinking of what a privilege it is to be sons and daughters of God. Think about the close relationship you are able to have with parents/siblings/relatives and then remember you have that relationship with God, the creator of everything. Mind blown.

What I've learnt about me:
I need to hold fast the word in my heart more and be more patient in waiting to see fruit grow. Rushing around and doing things quickly won't get me where God wants me to be.

Verse of the day:
Luke 8:15 "As for that in the good soil, they are those who, hearing the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart and bear fruit with patience."
