What I've learnt about God:
Just because the wicked and the sinners don't think God is going to punish them doesn't mean God won't punish them. They are wrong in thinking there is no retribution for their deeds as God will judge them justly and deal them what they deserve.
What I've learnt about me:
It's comforting that David felt like God was far away sometimes. Makes me feel like less of a "bad Christian" (inverted commas because obviously there is no such thing as a bad Christian).
