What I've learnt about God:
It can sometimes seem like He's putting us in bad situations, but as Jonah shows when things get tough it can remind you of the greatness of God and the salvation He alone offers.
What I've learnt about me:
It's scary when God's sending you somewhere, especially if it's somewhere you're not very keen to go. However we should remember that God is with us always, and He is better than any fear.
