What I've learnt about God:
In our troubles we can know that God is in control and therefore even when He seems really far away we can be assured that He can also take them away.
What I've learnt about me:
In Christian circles we never really talk about feeling low and especially not feeling this low, but it's not something we should be ashamed of and talking about it would be good and healthy.
