What I've learnt about God:
We can honour Him in many different ways, and at judgement He will see the motives behind our actions. Obviously this isn't to say that going and sleeping with your neighbour's wife can honour God, but on the matters which are under debate, remember there are multiple options, not just one set in stone.
What I've learnt about me:
It's very easy especially for non believes to think Christianity is all about following rules and can do X but can't do Y, and this passage clearly shows that this is not the case. We need to be better in showing people it's about love for each other and faith in God, not a check list.
