What I've learnt about God:
Authority is given through Him. That's not to say that we should obey evil and corrupt governments asking us to go against God's will, but laws like taxes, no illegal downloading etc. should be kept for God as well as for the government.
What I've learnt about me:
It's easy to think we love someone yet not actually really love. There's a lyric from a song I like which says "love is about all the changes you make, and not just three small words" and I think that rings very true here in what it means by loving each other, it's changing what you want to do to fit with others, it's giving up your last chocolate biscuit because your friend needs it more. Love isn't just caring about someone but not going out of your way to help that, but so often that masquerades as love. Let's be radical and truly love each other.
