What I've learnt about God:
God shows His power in bringing the Israelites out of Egypt.
What I've learnt about me:
As a leader it can be hard to delegate, you may feel the job won't be done correctly or you may like having the power. But doing all the work yourself is tiring and won't end well. By carefully dividing up what can be divided up then you can save yourself for big jobs which need you.
