What I've learnt about God:
He won't permit us to be moved, He will sustain us. What great truths. Imagine when you're at a music gig and people are pushing and shoving, but someone stops you from being moved, what a great feeling as you can enjoy life. Or if you're running an marathon and you're really thirsty and you just want to give up, but someone gives you that energy drink and runs alongside you, giving you all the support you need, allowing you to finish that marathon. That's what God is like in everything.
What I've learnt about me:
We are told here that the writer is uttering his complaint morning, noon and evening. It's easier to get bogged down into having a set prayer time and only praying then, but we should be praying all the time. Let's make it a constant thing.
Verse of the day:
Psalm 55:22 "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved"
