What I've learnt about God:
The image of God being a shield has come up a few times over past month, but going to comment on it now because it seems very relevant with my life, when things go wrong I have God defending me. Obviously not in a literal "He is standing shouting down the other person" thing, but if someone wants to hurt me, they have to go through the wall of joy that God has placed around me. Their opinion doesn't matter compared to God's, He protects me from that.
What I've learnt about me:
God is my shield.
